T4.1 – Project Coordination and Management (M1-M24, TETRAGON: 3 PM; EKETA: 1 PM; D4.2, D4.4):
Project coordination and management include a series of actions that will ensure the quality and effectiveness of the project. These actions are described in detail in I.1.8.8 “Organizational Structure” and, in summary, consist of Administrative Project Management / Decision Making, Communication Strategy between partners, Project Quality Management System, Monitoring and recording of results, Risk Management – Problem Solving, and Innovation Management. These actions will lead to two periodic reports every 9 months.
T4.2 – Dissemination and Communication of the project (M1-M24, TETRAGON: 6 PM; EKETA: 4 PM; D4.1, D4.3):
In the first four months of the project, a detailed dissemination and communication plan will be designed, including: a) launch actions, b) nine-month communication plans, and c) targeted dissemination of results upon project implementation, which will include the dissemination of the virtual exhibition on social media. The presentation of the project’s progress will be carried out with the collaboration of TETRAGON and EKETA, who will bear responsibility for the project website with the technical support of EKETA, as well as the project’s presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter). The demonstration, and parallel testing and evaluation of VRExpo, will be combined with the promotion of the project within the trade fair industry, i.e., institutional bodies such as Ministries and Regions, exhibition organizing companies, exhibition design contractors, and marketing agencies. Furthermore, the technological achievements will be made known to the broader academic and technological sector, as the project develops innovative technological solutions that can be used in culture and education.
T4.3 – Commercial Exploitation and drafting of a sustainability plan (M19-M24, TETRAGON: 5 PM; EKETA: 1 PM, D4.3):
The goal of T4.2 [sic – likely refers to this task T4.3 or the WP goal in general] is to boost the prospect of commercial exploitation of the produced platform. For the most effective commercial exploitation, TETRAGON will undertake a series of actions to transform the platform into a service, map the market and potential clients, and identify and present the platform as a service to professionals, i.e., exhibition organizing and booth design companies worldwide. Additionally, a search for business partners/representatives abroad will be conducted, and a business plan for the commercial exploitation of the project results will be drafted, including an analysis based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) methodology.
Roles:
TETRAGON, as the leader of WP4, will contribute to the drafting of the plan for the commercial exploitation of results and will execute coordinated promotion actions for the produced services to exhibition bodies worldwide. EKETA will contribute to the dissemination of results in scientific forums and provide technical support for the project website.
